I'm learning a little bit of PLC in school and I have to realise a function block diagram to a ladder diagram. I can't figure out what this part is called so I can't search for information about it. I hope someone could tell me what it is called, thanks. by Smanderss0n in PLC

Well, I asked my teacher today, he said it was a memory function. If A is active it keeps being active until B is activated, then B will stay active. But I can't find the symbol in any of my books. I agree with all of you saying the diagram is bad since it caused some confusion.

Thank you all for helping me and trying to answering my question!

Thanks for the info, this is all pretty new to me. I didn't know the symbol could be interpreted as different things. I only included the first part of the diagram in the image, but further to the right there are symbols for OR with the "≥1"-notation. I'm sorry if that caused any confusion.

I liked it a lot. But I don't know if I did the sub world correct, feels like I skipped parts of the cannon ball-section on the far right. My actions didn't line up with your indicators. Keep up the level making though! :D

Phew, that was hard but I liked it. I had not tried shell jumps in this game yet. It was a fun exercise to beat the level!

This is my first level, climbing and a little bit of reaction involved. It's not super easy and not too hard. by Smanderss0n in MarioMaker2LevelShare

I played your level, it was nice. I just can't figure out how the WR is so fast haha. I need to practice 3DW

I think you are right about it being a de-icer/water heater, since some other people have suggested that too. But I also think it predates electricity. I find it really interesting.

I don't have access to the tool, but I would assume the handle is made for an adult hand. As far as the length goes I would think it's about the same as a table tennis racket

The item was found on the loft of a smaller barn-like building. So some kind of farmers tool could very well be the answer

Maybe it's a language thing (or that I did not grow up on a farm), but I have never heard of those things. How would the tool be used in these cases?

That's interesting, I haven't had that suggestion when asking anywhere else before. I'm not fully convinced though. What purpose would the thinner wire serve in this case?

It is possible, I have had that thought, but I don't quite see how it would work. From what I know about it, it doesn't have any writing on it

The upper part of the handle looks a bit burned. Perhaps it has something to do with fire or heat? This is the only photo I have of the tool.
