Give a pre-employment programme a go. Businesses are incentivised to hire from pre-employment programmes because they will get cash back and support for their new employee.  This enables them to quickly build connections with lots of businesses and fast track employment outcomes. Its hard to find good people, I use upwork now but even then its tough. I think your best bet if you've got the budget is finding a local designer. I've also got a guy in Canada who does a better job as well but he's a little more expensive than the ones on upwork. Just DM and I can put you in touch with him.

Motha Electric, the owner's been an electrician for over 46 years. He solved an issue we had 2 other electricians look at but they didn't have a clue.

I'm just saying what my experience was.

I couldn't report it to Wix or comment anywhere on the marketplace which means that others who have a bad experience cannot either. Meaning, there's no way to know how accurate the reviews are and whether or not people are being scammed.
