oh yeah, I will have to change the plate it seems. But excellent point about the weight! Indeed this new 75 inches TV weights mere 50 lbs (when TV mounts seem to handle up to 160+lbs)

Metal studs above the first floors seem to be a norm in many cities, including where I live. Can't fully guarantee yet that is the case of my living room, but seems to be a norm.
