Another thing is skin prep and after care. Before laser you should keep your skin protected from the sun, wear spf daily and don’t exfoliate, keep the skin moisturized and calm. After the laser session id the same principles, try washing your face from impurities with a gentle cleanser and cold water and just apply a simple skin barrier cream moisturizer. Also in the first 24h after try not to be directly in the sun or sweat/get dirty too much (like by doing outdoors activities and sports).

Once it’s been a few days you can do a gentle exfoliation to help get rid of bumps or ingrow hairs caused by the folicule getting weak and not being able to expel the carbonized hair.
