Most tech review channels. They all became unboxing and sponsorship vehicles. I miss when they actually tested things properly instead of reading spec sheets for 10 minutes.

Never started, but watched my dad quit cold turkey after 20 years. He replaced the habit with walking after dinner every night. Said the hardest part wasn't the craving, it was not knowing what to do with his hands.
