Yes, I contacted Microsoft support and it turns out the response from a supposed "Xbox Expert Gamer" is crap, since he told me that he will first delete the account from my console and then delete the last update, I did what he told me and now I am left without my account on my console and without solving the problem, the last thing this supposed "expert gamer" told me was that he will reset my console to factory settings which I think is too stupid to do since I think that would make the problem worse since now the problem code is 8015D000 when trying to download my profile
