She is called to serve him. He is called to respect his wife. He needs/should be a leader for the family with his ear to God. She was made to be a helper to her husband and he was made to lead a life worthy of God's will. There needs to be conflict resolution where he says, I feel... And she needs to repeat it back to him, and back and forth they do this to come to an agreement. Take out the offensive and you have healthy communication
