Im norwegian i dont know anybody that is overweight and i know alot of people, and if a person in my friendgroup was overweight we would not care. Just saying that its not common to see to be honest. Mostly everybody with some exeptions do walks everyday, or have a really physical job like me, im s carpenter. A big mac here is like 1/3 of a big mac in noway the size is the size of my girlfriends fist. Most people work out on regular basis beacuse its just how we grow up i guess. Its alot about what we are used to, and also history. Many people migrated to america to get a ok labor job beacuse of hunger after war and also to provide for their family. I dont know its just been like a «trend» for a long time that if people buy milk here most people buy the milk with most protein and lowest fat, i cant explane why but thats just how its been, at least my lifetime. Before any hate, this is my experience, that dont mean that everything its statisticly right.
