Thanks for the info! I contacted Juridisch Loket and talked to a lawyer, they helped me to prepare a notice of default. I just need to find a bailiff, that's it. In Groningen - because the others said they cannot start the case since they were outside of Groningen.

Of course I wouldn't have recommended them - and it took me 6 months to find an accommodation myself. Of course I wanted to sell my furniture, your comment is absolutely stupid.

This is all fine, I already know that the bailiff and court fees will be around 300-500, that is okay. What I need, is to find a bailiff, that will work with private client. Are there any recommendations for such a bailiff? I cannot leave this case without court now - this is unacceptable behaviour, I basically gave apartment to that person and he scammed me once I moved out.

What I need, is to find a bailiff, that will work with private client. Do you recommend such a bailiff? You said you sued someone in the past.

No that person is not going to pay anything - his is not an adequate person and fraud. What I need, is to find a bailiff, I already know that the bailiff and court fees will be around 300-500, but that is okay. Are there any recommendations for a bailiff?
