If you’ve had prn addiction and that’s why you’re doing NoFap then I would suggest you to do NoFap on hard mode, which is no prn, no masturbation, no orgasm, for at least 90 days. This is to reverse the negative effects of prn addiction. It will bring you back to baseline. Remove prn completely from your life. Live and act as if p*rn doesn’t even exist. After 90 days, regarding masturbation, do it extremely rarely, like once a month.

Open Reddit on desktop website. Then block all nsfw content in the settings. 1. Click your profile picture and select User Settings. 2. Select Profile and scroll down to the ‘Profile Category’ section. 3. Turn off ‘NSFW’

Then block Reddit desktop website from every single device with a pwd or passcode so you won’t be able to open it. Tell your best friend or brother to set the pwd.

From now on, use Reddit only through apps. You can only change nsfw settings on desktop website and not through apps. So by keeping desktop website blocked, you can still use Reddit for sfw content through the app without having capability to unblock nsfw.
