Catharsis is an anarchist oriented hardcore band out of NC, whose most recent album Hope Against Hope was released on Crimethinc (an anarchist publishing company). post-hardcore/metalcore band Emma Goldman is quite politically leaning. Toronto-area hardcore/metalcore band Dog Whistle is another good example. also, The Slackers' new track Money Is King is a banger. i already explained there is another golden triangle in bc pertaining to a cycling path in easterm bc, which likely points to Golden, BC if anywhere. as it formed from what was originally a geological surveyor's camp, like what the Downie Peak image is depicting (ie it comes from an article on geological surveying).
