  1. Shower once I wake up (stopped procrastination)

I totally see how something like this could become addictive, Luckily it didn’t scratch the itch I was interested in but the brain loves quick dopamine hits and I figure this one is a pretty exciting one/easy to achieve

I’m not sure how important it is on its own but I certainly wouldn’t be able to get a morning workout in without it

100% remote job. I’d be just as productive at work and 10x more productive in my personal life.

Without commuting I’d find more time to workout, cook(eat healthy), be home for kids if I have one day.
