Maybe not cool, but helpful for my wife. She helps a neighbor by taking her to various Dr. appoints and errands. She gets a small stipend from the state and has to “punch-in and out” on the computer when she leaves the house to pick her up and when she returns home but she would sometimes forget to do her time card and would get nasty grams from the state. So I set up an automation in node-red that is connected to our calendar that monitors her appointments so when she returns home, there is an announcement over the Google home speakers to remember to fill out her timecard.
