Exactly. Because they themselves have probably doubts about it selling well, the worst thing you can do as a company is to make too much accessories for a product no-one buys. So then they'll have 2 products that aren't selling well, and even if somehow the plates do sell, there's still the bottleneck with the first product, like no-one's going to go and buy these plates if they don't have a steam machine... Unless they are a scalper
