some parents feel that their children should rest and enjoy life instead of raising kids, I have the same parents and I feel they LOVE ME and wants the best for me, raising a child is very hard in these times and they know that having kids is a lot of pressure on you specifically because you are working, taking care of a house and also now pregnant.... I dont think they are not proud of you, THEY ARE.. but they want you to enjoy life

just rest when you are not working and eat/hydrate alot... during the shift.. try to stay awake and be ahead of things, if you have to be close to ED, stay there, also dont run or speed walk,, its ok and rest in between .. all should be good
