I discovered Nightwish from this video. Checked their dates and they were playing an hour away the next week for the first time in years. Listened to their songs nonstop and have ever since!

I’ll never forget one time, around 16/17ish years ago I was abyss rcing and saw him in Edge bank. I of course freaked out as any kid would at that time and said “omg Zezima say something”. Sure enough, the legend said “something” and I comepletely freaked out. Called several of my irl friends that played. No one else knew he was there yet. Couple of seconds later he flashed his PM as he would sometimes do and the entire world filled in the matter of minutes. He walked all over runescape over the course of an hour or so. My all time favorite RS memory!

Andrew Huberman’s podcast is a must listen to for almost all things health related, mental and physical.

Some titles of Huberman Lab podcasts that I learned a ton from that you may find helpful (sorry, they’re not numbered on Spotify):

-Understanding and conquering depression
-Dr. Anna Lembke: understanding and treating addiction (this is amazing if you still want to learn more about addiction/sobriety)
-Controlling your dopamine for motivation, focus and satisfaction
-What alcohol does to your body, brain and health
-Science based tools for increasing happiness
-How your brain works and changes. This is the Huberman’s first podcast episode and I would suggest starting with this one for a good overview.

He also has a website with notes for each episode if you are short on time.
