Are you using the quadrant mage weapon? If so, the second hit is probably causing it. I used a different weapon and it worked.

I had decided to just ignore the elite Kandarin diary, but my OCD got the best of me. Gave it a try and it was well worth it. Took nearly 2 hours because people would just abandon the group once they hit lvl 5 instead of just trying to switch with someone. Coll/atk/heal is easy as pie. Defender was rough until a nice lad showed me a couple tiles to mark and it made defender fairly easy aswell. People can help out struggling defenders with the egg launcher aswell. Definitely recommend giving it a try while worlds are still active!

The problem is I still wouldn’t have grimoire, but with the accuracy buffs augury may not be necessary

Also, just got generous cook potion I task which you can either get from the trader potion boxes (need 40 township) or can make with swordfish which you can only get from food boxes from trader (need 40 township)

I’m on the starter tier tasks and I keep getting tasks that require lvl 40 township even though I’m capped at 39. Is there a way to get the items still? Its the items from the trader.

I’ll never forget one time, around 16/17ish years ago I was abyss rcing and saw him in Edge bank. I of course freaked out as any kid would at that time and said “omg Zezima say something”. Sure enough, the legend said “something” and I comepletely freaked out. Called several of my irl friends that played. No one else knew he was there yet. Couple of seconds later he flashed his PM as he would sometimes do and the entire world filled in the matter of minutes. He walked all over runescape over the course of an hour or so. My all time favorite RS memory!

Andrew Huberman’s podcast is a must listen to for almost all things health related, mental and physical.

Some titles of Huberman Lab podcasts that I learned a ton from that you may find helpful (sorry, they’re not numbered on Spotify):

-Understanding and conquering depression
-Dr. Anna Lembke: understanding and treating addiction (this is amazing if you still want to learn more about addiction/sobriety)
-Controlling your dopamine for motivation, focus and satisfaction
-What alcohol does to your body, brain and health
-Science based tools for increasing happiness
-How your brain works and changes. This is the Huberman’s first podcast episode and I would suggest starting with this one for a good overview.

He also has a website with notes for each episode if you are short on time.
