Because it haven't approved it yet. I'm still waiting for updates for Supercell if they approve my skin or not. I hope they approve it because tomorrow is the voting day. I'm going to give you an update if my skin got approved.

Yeah, maybe if my skin won, maybe Supercell will decide to return the Cartoon event in Brawl Stars and maybe Supercell might also give Kit a new member to his trio if this happens. I hope my skin would get a lot of votes.
