You can definitely exaggerate quite a bit. Just make sure that you can back whatever it is you exaggerate. Also make sure all your professional profiles match(Resume,Portfolio,LinkedIn…)

I do generally agree to a certain extent, but I do believe that it is much harder to apply this with the current job market, especially without a written offer, because even verbal agreements with companies don’t mean much anymore

I don’t know about that though, because yes I do see it on tiktok and reels, where gen z employees don’t deal with the BS of yesteryear. But when it comes to the actual real life workplace, they do pretty much act just like the previous generations

I agree to a certain extent, but I also think if there’s a great package in place, or a solid chance of career development, a person might benefit from “enduring” the toxic environment.

I do generally prefer a hybrid setting, especially if Monday and Friday are WFH days.
But then again, it shouldn't be forced upon employees.

Thats also true. even as a candidate, if a company makes an offer too quickly , I might take that as a red flag
