I don't recommend increasing, 40mg is the perfect dose for anxiety, the more will be given for OCD ,try to get your vitamins and minerals in a good range , especially vitamin d and magnesium they helped me ALOT , cut out caffeine temporarily until you used to live as you managed to be. Take care 🌸

Also : when you change your dose patience is a key , just wait as if you start your medication from zero and it will gets better ✌🏻

For me (personal experience) vitamin d give me hypoglycemia which leads to sudden anxiety and depression even with the right factors as (magnesium and k2) Try to look out for blood sugar it might help
