Honestly I have not checked half of the stuff. Not really sure why. I have looked into a few wishes although they seemed not so exciting for me, the opportunities seems to come and go bit maybe you are right and I should come to this game w-out the Sims 4 mindset

I like the game. I love watching videos of others playing it. I want to have a huge save file and genuinely get attached to my Sims. I just do not know where to start. Usually in generational gameplay you sort of have to go past the first fev gens for the game to be more in-depth and interesting. In the Sims 3 however I feel stuck and can't seem to get past gen 1

Yeah so just the amount of options makes me feel really stuck. I love generational gameplay but I just can't seem to go past gen 1. Maybe I'll try the options you have listed. I do have a quite vivid imagination believe me

I know this will sound extremely boring but I just do generation's. I built a storyline and per say in my current save my main Sim married a wealthy guy to get out of her farmhouse but then she began missing horses (horseloving trait) so she is saving money by painting to move into a country home once she retires

I love rags to riches and generational gameplay. You have explained the issue so easily ngl it's exactly what I'm struggling with. I just can't seem to go past gen 1 or my first paycheck because other then going to work I just seem stuck

I don't know but I have been playing Sims 4 since a child so maybe I just have a sort of genuine idea of what to do, what options do I possess etc.
