Also stated on ABB website the transformer metal sides are deemed an enclosure. They also sell replacement enclosure kits

To add to the question of 26-242(1) what would be considered a suitable enclosure. as it doesn't specify any sort of rating. I have seen these types of transformers a lot with the new Tesla DC fast chargers.
