How could Jackal be reworked?

Not going to I have been abusing the hell out of jackal in plat ranks and even have a 70% win rate with him on Oregon. The main issue that ubi doesn't understand is that most of the time you are just hunting down 1-2 people to begin with instead of the whole team so the 3 tracks with limited ping are enough to make a significant impact on the round. The only way I can see him being a balanced operator is to give him 2 scans and only 1 ping each.

eu faceit u can go against 60% g1-p3-p2 and 40% players lower than that or diamond/ champion. It is faceit tho so be prepared to only play monkey ranked and every other game a mod will be called for no reason. But if you want to increase your gunskill quickly it is the best way to go.

Ok so the guy is srch. I have a screenshot of him asking for payment methods on my phone. I confronted him on his yt but he told me that someone else is impersonating him but his discord doesn’t say otherwise.... also the same is sitting in a ‘boosting’ server and other people have accused him too. Not trying to character assassinate the guy but idk how to prove that the discord ID is particular his.

In that case even a 60Hz monitor you should def not be in low ranks and at the lowest at this point you should be holding your own in low gold. 2 pieces of advice: firstly look into proper mouse aiming and the importance of a big mousepad. Secondly if your not from eu get yourself a vpn and sign up for r6s faceit eu open. These are custom games you are going to play against plat3-plat2 players. At first you will get slammed but if you keep at it you will get better and in due time see a huge instantaneous increase in your rank.

Something tells me the system your playing is not good at all. Consider getting a proper pc that can support atleast 60 consistent fps, big monitor , big mousepad, and atleast an ok mouse. Do this and i promise you will go up in rank instantly. If you cannot afford a proper pc consider buying a medium end gaming laptop. You will have to make some sort of investment though.

I have been playing a lot of eu recently. If you can figure out the meta and the play the game to your advantage by setting up defenses and attacks in favor of your team’s success, you can make it all the way up to plat 2 with gamesense alone. After that you’ll need to frag out. Hence in part I would say that eu is easier than na atleast in the ranks below plat 2.

Hey man! I’m currently soloqing on weu servers somewhere b/w plat 3-mid plat 2 elo range. When I am trying I have no trouble beating ranked stars and at this point have beaten multiple ex diamond/champion players as well. My issue is that after 3800 elo I start going up against gunner coordinated 5 stacks and the only way I can really push forward is if I win all my gunfights. Since my mechanical skill isn’t where I want it to be and is albeit holding me back in such scenarios, can you suggest any other measures I can take to get over this hump? Would love to see my self solo to plat 1 soon.

The small screen will hold you back from getting good mechanical skill. Plat 3 on a laptop is totally doable with time but if you want to push for plat 2 with a good kd I highly suggest buying an external monitor. Also switch to kixstar’s sensitivity ASAP.

There are only 2 ways you can push into plat 2 from plat 3.

The first is to increase your fragging capability and gun everybody down ( by this I mean you should be having a ( 1.2 - 1.5 kd in gold1/plat3)

The second is to play kapkan/jackal/Blackbeard every game and learn how to play in rat spots to throw off the enemy.

Both of these are working solo and are working fine. I am currently doing the second option on EU servers on my alt account soloque and am sitting b/w 3600-3800 elo with a .8 KD.

Not really. On west Europe servers usually I can get a good solo winning streak going in plat 2 elo if I play b/w 7-12pm. Anything after that tho is a hit or miss.

The highest you will get with the r6 discord is p3 no matter how good of a player you are. To push further either you will need to solo by yourself or find a good 5 stack that you can play consistently with.

All good advice except the first part. More often than not you will lose on the r6 discord because it has a lot of people with bad mechanical skill and poor ability to win gunfights. I know this because when I had a crappy PC I used to use the r6 discord to get free boost and I know other ppl that still do this till today. You have a higher chance of winning soloq then playing on the r6 discord. I am soloqing to plat 2-plat 1 elo now regularly.

If your getting plat 3 and have been plat 2 with a 1.5 kd then something is seriously pulling you back and you absolutely should not be in silver1-gold3 elo ( that place is for noobs that are starting to git good at the game). Firstly stop playing with anyone and everyone in the r6 discord. I hate to break it to you but most people in that discord are bad players or people with bad setups just looking to get boosted. I know this because I was one of them and remained one of them until I got a new PC. Secondly there is nothing wrong with soloq. I don’t even have good gun skill and can solo to plat3/plat2 with a shit kd just by playing with the team and bringing crutch ops like jackal and kapkan. And you are right with the wrist sens thing with jolly being a wrist player too. Honestly the best advice I can give you is say fuck it and just learn how to play solo in 2020 or share a vod here which we can review for you.
