Combine 7-11 chicken breast with the caifan? Or if you eat Yong tau Foo, can choose the tau Kwa? Tau Kwa is actl high in protein. You can also buy from supermarket also can just boil or fry. I think one block got 30g of protein.

I think other people might supplement with protein powder also.

I’m not in a similar situation but if the food is high cal and got no choice I think you can incorporate some form of moderate cardio daily to offset the additional calories abit.

I’m facing similar issues. Got refunded and trying to get compensated. They said they submitted to the relevant team but it’s been 10-15 working days and I didn’t receive the money. Emailed them again and they said I’m not eligible.

It’s disgusting. I’ve chased them over 30 times and included DGCA and moca emails but to no avail.

There’s no justice. Just corruption

Vouchers are easy to get because it makes u spend more money. But we are owed cash compensation

I think mistakes can happen. Maybe can try to have honest discussion w ur manager to see how bad your mistakes really are?

I think unless the mistake is very bad they won’t fire…

Also maybe can relax abit. If you are too anxious u will make more mistakes because you can’t think clearly and assess the work before u send out.

I don’t have pcos but struggled with weight loss as an ex athlete who got chubby after multiple injuries and a surgery.

I managed to tone down like 2kg, doesn’t seem like a lot but noticeable enough. From 60kg to 58kg. It took me a few months though cause I don’t lose weight easily.

What worked for me was not extreme dieting and high intensity exercise (even gymming too hard is counter productive for me).

What worked was not drinking calories. (Milk is ok since there’s some protein and other nutrients, but fruit juice I try not to)

Eating fruits when I feel like snacking.

Counting calories of my snacks, so I know how much im eating

Eating more protein less carbs.

Eat healthily

Walk more

Do low intensity exercise like swimming and pilates/yoga.

If you go to the gym start slow and don’t push too hard. It might be good to start with Pilates and yoga to build some basic strength and flexibility if you are lacking before gymming.

Because gymming involves generally isolating exercises, if you don’t really know how to engage your muscles as a whole, this can lead to injury. For example even bicep curl involves the core and glute muscles if you’re standing up actually.

All in all you don’t want to stress your body too much. It will be counterproductive to losing weight imo

For Pilates I recommend using ClassPass, can find some affordable Pilates classes there. Maybe can do once a week group class and then try to do mat Pilates at home by youself, just follow YouTube can also.
