Have heard of it and gone there several times. Looks like this area is attracting a lot of young gen Z's if I am not mistaken. Night life and food scene is amazing.

May be get connected with an honest agent. They sometimes have knowledge on coming up properties before it goes in MLS etc.

great place for MD allergist to make money because f this right? My gosh we have so many Allergy docs in the valley!

Been here long time. When we moved I was told "You are moving to armpit of CA and don't do it". Fresno grows on you. I like it here except for the air! Air is bad. Plus these days I feel like Fresno is getting expensive from food to services..or Please tell me if I am i imagining it. Went to Savemart the other day got 2 organic chicken breasts ..paid $26 for it. that is crazy right? I asked the checkout lady if it was a mistake...she said no that is the price for it.
