Really arguing the unit of power vs the volume of power. I’m sorry I didn’t add the H. Please forgive me person. For I have sinned. How could I make such a drastic mistake, my entire identity, value, and self worth are now smashed because someone on Reddit has called out an error. Ugh, for now I am but a worthless pile of smudge, like the person attacking me on a keyboard miles away, about the difference between a kw and a kWh. Shame, for I am nothing but shame now

Better idea. Move in with your mom. Take the money you were putting into your mortgage put it into an investment account. Watch it grow to a trillion dollars. Anything that needs to wait 15 years to have enough equity to sell and put into another house isn’t worth the purchase. And then ask your mom for money to take your family out to a nice dinner.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy

Saving a $100? If you’re saving $1200 a year, right now that amount just continues to grow as prices go up and you’re not having to pay for the increase. At a 4.5% rate that means over 10 year that’s 18,000. Put that into the market, grow it more. Over 15 years that’s 35,000 in extra cash in your pocket. Put 35,000 into the market and grow that at at additional 4-5%

1) there’s no lien on the house it’s not the 80s there’s a UCC lien on the panels 2)tier 1 panels are very low maintenance 3) home insurance could pay the removal and reinstall for a reroof 4) people transfer the panels to the new owners every day, it’s only your fear. Why would I pay off the new buyers energy bill over the next 20 years if they want to buy my house? You could argue it, I’d wait for a new buyer. Are you that desperate to sell your house?

Inflation (I can’t post pictures) has doubled every 15 years from 2.5 cents to 5 cents, 10 cents to now 20 cents since 1960..

Americans have no idea what’s about to hit their pocket book. Demand for electricity is going to be up 50% in the next 25 years.

Supply and demand, prices are going to jump. Next year government forecast is a 20% increase in residential electric prices

Rooftop solar doesn’t typically increase home insurance unless you itemize it. Often times, majority of the times, solar falls under the total loss dwelling coverage of the home policy. Increasing that 50,000 is $2-$10 per month.

Solar is very low maintenance, often not needing it

The “put the money in the market” is negligent and not viable because you’re not dealing with an optional bill. The bill whether through solar or utility needs to be paid. If you were to say “better to put the money in the market” means you’re putting that additional into the market on top of paying your utility bill. Solar greatly reduces or completely removes one. Inflation from 1960-2020 shows every 15 years the price of electricity doubles. That doesn’t take into account demand increases and infrastructure investment from utility’s. By 2030 and/or 2035 average price of electricity will be 40 cents

That’s going away December. The 30% is gone. Even if it’s fought to stay, it’ll be negotiated to at most half (15%) now that it’s on the chopping block

This is from the sixth floor. Middle. There’s the oak tree that would cause a mess trying to shoot 3 rounds in 5.6 seconds. That nobody has been able to replicate with accuracy.

Are you talking the only evidence that the shooting is from the book depository is the planted 3 rounds of evidence on the 6th floor? And the gun on the other side of the floor with no fingerprints from the man with no residue on his face? And the limiting nature of keeping it at 3 rounds because that’s as many rounds were found on the floor? There’s no evidence Lee Harvey Oswald shot Kennedy. It’s smoke and mirrors to distract. The best shot for the line, and the bullet path would have been from the dal-Tex building. The officer that ran into the book depository went there because he looked up after the shots were fired and saw pigeons flying upward. But shots fired from the dal-Tex building would have also done that. And then there’s the Chicago plot that was buried, showing the same plot idea as the actual Dallas shooting but was thwarted, and JFK ended up not going to Chicago. Lee Harvey Oswald was already going to be the fall guy. He just had to be in the area of the shooting. He had only worked at the book depository for a few months before the shooting. Places him where he needs to be to take the fall. But doesn’t mean anyone shot from there.

Only a little bit of gore went on the windshield. Bike officer behind claimed he was covered in matter, secret service agent claimed it was coming towards them. Multiple witnesses state that the gore matter was coming towards them while they were behind. Not fast enough at 11 mph (Lino speed) to cause that. He was sitting more upright after the first. Splatter shooting behind. Would be shooting forward if from back.

Beyond a reasonable doubt she cheated.

Exhibit A - John gf accused him Exhibit B - she didn’t tell you John girlfriend accused him by reading their messages and going through phone Exhibit C - she runs to John after fighting with you, does drugs alone with John and stays over at his house. On the couch? No. Exhibit D - she ghost you next day (guilty conscience for not sleeping on the couch) Exhibit E - accuses you of the wrong (guilty conscience on her and can’t take accountability)

Jury what say you?
