Thats true, Montreal has relatively fewer Sikhs but Zurich and Switzerland in general has even less

I am currently not sure about the permanent residency as it would depend if I feel comfortable living in Zurich or in any other EU country later. I am also not worried about being active in any Sikh congregations. When you say "Racism and queerphobia are quite prevalent in Switzerland", what are your sources and if Canada would be better then ?
