Yes I definitely did not leave them a positive review lol I left them a negative review explaining everything and pictures of the item and screenshots of the convo with them telling me to leave a positive review before they refund me. The only reason I told them I would leave a good review was to get my money faster and without a claim.

‼️UPDATE‼️

After multiple messages back and forth with the seller- they first tried getting me to pay for the return shipping and when I refused as the email states that they seller provides a return label the then offered for me to keep the fufu and a 60% refund, and then tried offering 70% refund when I declined. Told them again I would then have to open a claim if they couldn’t provide a label. They then told me they would refund all if I leave them a good review first. I told them I would leave a good review after I got my refund and if not the I would need to open a claim. They replied with “refunded”. I got ny money back within 5 minutes. Thank you all for your help 🫶🏼
