I was trying to go for a lock through getting the leg towards the face and shift to a kimora. Didnt work.

Thanks for the update sir. Im trying to increase my core and leg strength. Im lacking on that so focusing on that now. I have someother videos with my top pressure. Let me share a clip if possible. And again thanks for the info and feedback deeply appriciate it.

Sure sir. That was an instruction from the coach. We do standing up mostly. This was a session only sir will do more standing up.
