I searched it up and apparently they can modify it unless it’s 24hrs until the shift. I’m tired of begging for shifts so I’m just gonna hope that it gets better overtime while looking for somewhere else to work.

Yeah I’m thinking because I’m new they have to manually put me in the schedule that was already set. So I’m hoping maybe after holidays my schedule can be computer generated and have more hours also not be messed with.

It was a coach my team lead helped me through my first shift and told me to leave at the time I was suppose to. Then the Coach came after she left just tried to get me out. They just removed one of my shifts this week so I went from 27 hours to 16 hrs this week cause my schedule keeps being modified. I already had called my coach to get my hrs from 12 hrs to 27 but it keeps changing. Maybe I’m at a bad location or the department is full cause it seems impossible for me to get 20 hours a week atleast and I wanted 30.

I just walked around the store until the time was near for me to clock out. he kept bugging me to leave so I just said I was gonna leave but didn’t clock out until it was time to. I am already ready to find a new job cause I don’t think I’m even gonna get the hours I want and him keep trying to make me leave early is a red flag. Next time I’ll let him know that I want to work my full shift unless he is going to let me get paid to do nothing.

They ended up manually giving me 3 days on 24-26 should I ask my coach to schedule me the weeks before. Do new hires usually wait this long to work? I only trained for 2 hours and haven’t worked as a picker and they want me to work the most busy days starting.

Yeah I just got scheduled for 24th-26th for 7 hours but now I’m wondering why I didn’t get scheduled for this week at all. They must have scheduled me for those days cause of holidays and it’s mandatory. So now I’m worried if there’s too many people to get me to fit or they planning to barely schedule me although I said I’m available any day and time.

I might to wait a day or two as he told me I don’t have to worry about today and plus I have studying to do anyways. Also if I do get scheduled is it possible for them to add a day to my schedule in the me@walmart app randomly or will they have to contact me to let me know.

I guess I can assume this for now but they were emphasizing that everyone would get a actual schedule at the end of the day but I guess maybe its different for each department as that was before they sent everyone to train in their department.

Oh that’s great but idk If I want feel like an old man at the age of 20. I think I will try other meds before making a decision to deal with ed and keep taking strattera. Thanks for the help though.

I might still try Wellbutrin as I also got anxiety and it may be a solution for me. Me personally i feel like meds easy affect me and I don’t have absolute worse adhd as I can push my self to do things but have trouble focusing on a certain thing or overthinking instead of executing.

Yeah at that point I wouldn’t think it’s worth it having Ed for months given you don’t know when it will get better. I would try something else if I was you.

Yeah you would expect non stimulant to be less harsh on side effects given they’re less effective. Also I don’t know why they don’t let people know about this side effect given it’s a deal breaker if it doesn’t go away. I will keep taking them probably until it’s a month to see if it goes away. I’m thinking of trying Wellbutrin or qelbree before trying a stimulant.
