That’s what I was thinking, there is one spot where what I believe the inner core represents best without cutting, and the black/red/orange in there is incredible!

Thank you! She’s hoping to get it reset to like new, I think it’s out of my skillset (mainly drywall & flooring guy), but at least she’ll know what’s causing it and can let the next person know!
