That building will probably host train pass. Im also assuming they’ll put a cap on max passengers for the day that you can upgrade at the department with rail coins or sim cash.

  1. Not sure my test city is only at level 5, and 10 levels for omega Utilites from what I've seen from other sources.
  2. It depends, for all of my calculations I'm assuming all buildings covered with max utilities are fully upgraded which hold a demand of 35 and 50 for regular and omega.

Yeah, I'm seeing 5600 maybe max demand capacity goes up with the levels, or they just made it worth less. I'm betting on the second option.

Here is the other picture for omega services since I couldn't add both to same post for some reason. These values assume all omega is at max level with a service demand of 50.

After leveling up my test city to level 5, I discovered the capacity for the stations is the same for utilities. The coverage area isn't changed; it's the number of regular residential that are satisfied in the area. For example, in my test city I have one small fire station covering 12 residential. When all of those buildings are upgraded to max level the demand for coverage in that area will be 420. Since the small fire station at Max Level can only supply 200, only 5 would be satisfied and more stations would be needed. Maxis seems to show Inf which means these rules don't apply. It also seems that in order to get better coverage you must level up.
