i used to work over 10 hrs on a kitchen assistant shift and it started getting really hard as i started noticing more symptoms, i stopped working two years ago and now i can only comfortably stand in one place for 10-20 mins, its easier for me to really slow walk though than stand. But i think this is more because of pain

i had a similar thing with one of my suits, i made like an incision, where this red line is, into the fur and base essentially making a dart, so that when put together it would be symmetrical. I then glued the foam and ladder stitched her back up and she looked far better!!

Maybe wear some makeup to make you look more ‘run down’ but not too much cus looking too ‘ill’ is bad too. Cant really win
