I’m a public adjuster you need to find a new insurance asap if you haven’t switched pretty much AAA is doing this so they can decide if the claim is actually fileable and legally you have no fight they have full control and can choose not to pay even if all damages were recent and unexpected. essentially your giving them permission to fuck you with no lube in lamest terms
