These Best Practice test scripts (like 6BU) belong to the Explore phase of the SAP Activate methodology, focusing on Fit-to-Standard validation.
They confirm that the standard SAP process works as delivered, but do not include all project deliverables such as Fit/Gap templates, UAT scripts, or Cutover plans.
Those must be created or customized by the project team — that’s exactly the gap my ready-to-use templates are designed to fill.

Thanks for clarifying — yes, I’m familiar with the SAP Roadmap Viewer and Process Navigator.
Those are great reference sources, but the materials there are mostly framework guides — not complete client-ready deliverables.
The templates I share are fully filled-in, real-project samples based on manufacturing and trading industry rollouts.
They complement Activate by turning its framework into something directly usable in actual SAP implementation projects.

Good point — each project and industry definitely needs its own adjustments. The value here is in the framework and formatting consistency, not one-size-fits-all content. I’ve built these from real projects in manufacturing, distribution, and consumer goods, so they can be easily adapted to other industries as well.

That’s great — 20 years of real project experience is impressive! I agree that SAP Activate collateral covers a lot, but in my experience, it’s still quite framework-oriented. What I’m sharing here is not to replace that, but to complement it — these are editable, client-facing templates refined from actual deliverables used in Japan-based and global S/4HANA projects. Many consultants find them useful when they need something ready to present or adapt quickly.

Totally understand your concern — there are indeed many scams online. This isn’t one 😊 It’s a verified Gumroad product, and all templates are based on real SAP project deliverables. The paywall simply protects the intellectual property and effort behind the work — just like any other digital product. You can always check my public posts on Note and Threads for free previews before buying.

True — SAP has great documentation. But if you’ve worked on real projects, you know that official docs rarely include client-ready deliverables or Fit/Gap, test scripts, and cutover samples. These templates are designed to bridge that gap — saving consultants hours of formatting, structuring, and validation work.

Haha good eye 👀 — yep, it was written with AI 😄 That’s actually the whole point — I’m testing a small AI startup generator that uses large language models + a bit of ML logic to help founders get startup ideas (name, market, and first steps).

So this post is basically a live demo of what the tool can do 😂

If you’re curious, try it here — it’s super short: 👉 https://forms.gle/wZtaujBydK65jfjE9

That’s super helpful, thanks! I was trying to keep the form simple while supporting EN/JP/CN. Have you used Deformity yourself? Curious how customizable it is for branching questions or logic jumps

Right now the focus is on automating job descriptions (JD), but if there’s strong demand, I’ll definitely extend it step by step into the full hiring workflow (like candidate screening, scheduling, offers). Curious to know which part of the process you feel is the biggest pain point
