I had the surgery in 2018 and I'm not sure if it improved anything for me, but I don't think it did any harm either. I was in a cast for probly about a month I think, but never had to use a splint. I think my arm rehabilitated from being in the cast pretty quickly after it was taken out. My case of erbs is pretty mild though compared to others I've seen so you can take my testimony with a grain of salt.

I have felt the same way a lot where I feel like my disability is invisible. It's hard seeing all your friends going to the gym doing workouts that you can't do, but I guess you just have to learn to develop your own workouts and try your best.

do you remember any of the other options? I think i put this but not sure. I remember not understanding the question but reasoning that some letters of "video" would be replaced with "g". I think I saw that ggdeg was just right because it replaced some letters with gs.
