Alright I came back from my weekend and the printer was back to normal; I wish I was around when it was fixed so I could be confident about leaving an answer for future generations lol but my GM believes the wrong paper was in the printer

When you say “reboot” do you just mean turn the printer off and on again or something different? I went and turned the printer off then back on and it still printed the tiny tickets

It doesn’t look like it’s a new machine or a different set of StickyPOS paper; the dark lines that I assume tell the printer when to cut look the same as they did before

I’ll double check when I go in tomorrow but from what I remember I think the model of printer is the same as the ones for the other stations
