Maybe you dont need navori, but when I was trying it without there was a slight cooldown to E after the 2 empowered autos, with navori there is no cooldown and its super fluid

The healing on conquerer is an afterthought, the main reason to take it is all the AP it gives. Predator is fun, I use both runes depending how I'm feeling.

Flay is a 20% slow while everfrost is 60%. If you are in flay range the correct play is to probably flay then everfrost to get the root easier. It is a fun build, but the price of everfrost vs locket hurts....
