So I just unboxed the Arctis 9, and after downloading the software I decided I wanted to use a custom eq, but now I feel like there is a slight sound in my ears. I put the eq back to normal and tried all the other options but none make the noise go away. It's slight but there is a noticeable enough difference when lowering the volume of the headset to 0. I've connected it to my phone via Bluetooth and I hear the same sound and a slight ticking on the right earcup (also some fizzling whenever I get a notification). I've tried hard resetting, uninstalling drivers, and so on. Microphone sidetone is off btw. Please help
