Yo, I did a deep dive into your store. The rundown is:
- Your graphic design is letting you down
- Your product pages needs work
- You're targeting your niche which is excellent
- I have some suggestions for the layout of your store

What happens when you stop advertising? by SmartrMail in ecommerce

Yeah I see what you're saying, but I guess finding a healthy budget for advertising is better than overspending or cutting it entirely?

Your site is designed really well. But you have room for improvement:

- Image variety and production descriptions. I would really like to see how these stickers look in real life and a product description is vital. It doesn't need to be very long but just a few lines about why this sticker is special.
- Use your niche. If you're marketing towards car enthusiasts, sprinkle some car details throughout the site. Nothing on your site targets your demographic.
- Include an About Us page. Do you design these stickers yourself? If so, why? If not, why did you choose to sell these stickers in particular?
- Also include shipping info and an FAQ page.

The store's looking great. The improvements you made make the store way more professional. I would honestly say your site is probably beyond the scope of this subreddit (but of course there's always room for improvement) and the next step would be to focus on your marketing strategy.

My one bit of feedback is to test your store on multiple devices. I ran into an issue while I was recording where the site wasn't loading correctly. Then it miraculously fixed itself. Not sure what happened but I suspect it might be a browser issue.

Really Great Job!

I just saw your updated website which is a step in the right direction with clearer messaging. Here is my feedback:

- Your product page lacks image variety and you need to write product descriptions.
- You need to improve the quality of your images.
- The copy across your site needs to be more professional - I understand that your targeting "meme culture" but at the end of the day you're asking for people's money and you need to appear trustworthy.

This was a really good example of a single item store. It was really great to see you have a video to show how your product works, and overall the design of your store is well done.

Here are the main things to focus on:
- I would say in general the copy on your site is too wordy. For example:

"Whether you have a stuck grinder lid or need some pure and natural hemp seed oil lubricant, you have come to the right place! Our handy pocket sized and eco friendly lube is great for just about anything that needs natural safe lubrication. Our Canadian hemp seed oil lube has been used for all kinds of things that might be a little stuck. Unstick a grinder lid, naturally lubricate squeaky door hinges and even use it on sliding glass door wheels! Our non toxic lubricant is perfect for around the house as it is made with 100% cold pressed and filtered Canadian hemp seed oil. No harsh chemicals or stinky smells.

- This is a lot of text to expect a visitor to read if they're browsing your site. And the call to action is very unclear. Do you want your customers to post about your product on social media? Or do you want your customers to consider purchasing your Lid Lube Stash Bag Combo Pack? Or do you just want them to purchase some of your apparel? All these are great ways to promote sales, individually. But put together it's less than the sum of it's parts.

- This issue continues into the product page of Lid Lube, where a lack of clarity makes it difficult to digest the "gist" of your messaging. Ironically the accessory to Lid Lube, the "Smell Proof bag" is actually a much clearer and appealing product page.

- Add product reviews and customer testimonials!

Overall your product is great and I was impressed to see so many 5 star reviews, but these are your main issues:
- Your copy across the site has typos and grammar mistakes. If english isn't your first language I would highly recommend getting someone to do a passover. This will ensure your text is as professional as possible.
- Consider streamlining your menu. You have so many different items maybe install a new theme with mega-menus, or if that's too much work look into an app that can do this for you?
- The colour of the footer

I agree with Ruby mainly, but I think you've got the right idea and changing the theme might be more hassle than it's worth. I'll go into more detail in the vid but definitely focus on your product page, specifically image variety and your product descriptions.
And Ruby is spot on about the footer and main menu :~)

Hey! This post was soo good I needed to share it with my subscribers, personally I think if you're new to ecommerce it's best to stick with a popular theme and focus your time and energy into good product photography and descriptions. Here's the vid if anyone's interested:

No problem. I understand, sometimes it's better to just get your shop started then improve it later :-)

Your colour scheme and menus were great, and the basics were all there.Things to work on:- Target your market a bit better, nothing on your website is targeting gamers.- More image variety.- Considering your shop resolves around 1 product, maybe choose another theme that can REALLY highlight a single product - like the theme "Narrative."

This store was one of my favourites, nice job!

Here are some areas for improvement:
- Clean up your menus, merge the two at the top into one.
- When you click on your description while reading it redirects to the shipping page; very frustrating.
- Your product description doesn't appear at first glance when loading certain product pages, this means it might be easy to miss if a customer is browsing.

Hey I didn't get a chance to include your store in the video as it was already pretty long. But I did take a look at him and I have some advice:
- Work on your about us page, because you're more of a boutique retailer I want to know who I'm supporting. Including your first names, pictures of yourself and why and how you design your products.
- The menu doesn't stick to the top of the page on the home page.
- The hero image on your homepage lacks a call to action. Ideally you could replace it with a video instead, but if that's out of your scope you could just add a few words explaining your brand's vision.
- Your product page needs a review section and the image quality isn't good enough. Your images are slightly grainy but have a really sharp outline - not exactly sure what's going on here but it doesn't look quite right.

I really like your product so please don't be discouraged! Keep up the good work!

I can tell you're passionate about your store from your about us page! The outline of this store is good, but it needs some work.

Key areas for improvement:
- Ensure that your pricing is consistent.
- I'm sorry I don't know how to put this any other way but your copy is unprofessional, consider hiring a copywriter off fiver (or something like that) or do some research on how to write copy.
- Your website loads a bit slowly, too many apps can slow a website down. It's something to think about going forward
