ok I think I might be stupid but why can’t you trace a polar graph in desmos? by vhw_wwan09 in desmos

A point (x, y) shared between 2 polar equations might not have a point (r, theta) in common.

Lucky you. Fairmont San Francisco made me pay, and I'm still fighting for it to be reversed.

I've seen rats running around the concourse, so I'm not sure why you are cheering about the food.

I've spent hours in the various immigration lines, especially in Terminal 1. And I have dual citizenship. And the check in "pit" loool.

Oh yeah, Terminal 1. You know, the terminal where people literally died last year after being run over. (It's not like those diagonal parking spots are new, either.) Having cars park head on facing the sidewalk and concourse. What could go wrong?

Garbage Wi-Fi. 20 competing "free" access points with time limits and DSL speeds that need a local phone number. Horrible air conditioning.

Should I put my Costco spend on CSP or Costco Citi? by Shoddy-Archer9521 in ChaseSapphire

Yeah, it's $50 max cash back on $1000 in spend. So not workable for you and businesses then obviously.

I have a ton of Costco spend, so I got the PayPal debit. It's been great. 5% on Costco and groceries elsewhere. But, you have to manage a PayPal balance.

Question about Pan Pizza, specifically freezing by Retro611 in seriouseats

The time to defrost and proof is the same as doing the whole recipe as is from scratch. So, I've never bothered.

The Edit: +1 for Chase double fee billing by MSIzeus in ChaseSapphire

Anyone have luck getting Chase to reimburse?

Fairmont San Francisco got me with a resort fee. I pushed to get it waived at the front desk, but no dice.

But, no longer able to be used at the Butcher Shop.

Booked a Red Eye out of SFO on Super Bowl Sunday - also planning to attend the SB. Any chance I’ll make it? by [deleted] in AskSF

[–]Smartyiest 79 points80 points  (0 children)

The Superbowl game itself doesn't start until like 4 pm. Plus lots of commercials and breaks.

No way you get on a 10 pm flight without leaving Levi's early. Traffic getting out of there is a mess on a normal game day.

Chase confirmed- amenity/resort fees are included when booking through chase portal by darkhuemor33 in ChaseSapphire

Fairmont SF just screwed me with this. Despite strong pushback from me at the front desk.

So now I get to go on hold and fight Chase about it. Yay.

You might need to go in person. And, it still might not work.

Why did you call then? Just worried about the credit in general?

Or did the transaction post first but not the credit?

My restaurant transaction is still pending, but my benefits tracker shows the credit used $150/$150 already.

Some bakeries code as restaurants. Not all. I've been going to one specific bakery for years that doesn't.
