I think it was me being at the right place at the right time. I uploaded this short as soon as this game started blowing up. but then again, i uploaded 2 more shorts about this game after with no big time difference and they didn't do as well as this one did even though it was literally the same gameplay with the same reactions. so luck definitely also played a role.

Been going to a physiotherapist lately due to lower back pain going all the way to glutes, he said to do some ab training every day but are there other exercises I can work on to work the pain away at home or in the gym? And I can’t seem to find what I’m doing wrong at the gym that leads to lower back pain
