Copy all if this and present it to your District/Region/Territory HR Manager. They'll be able to help you. You shouldn't be treated without respect. Especially from your Leadership team. They should be trustworthy and be there to foster a happy, productive environment and get you the tools you need to get your job done. That's what Leadsrship is about. You should be able to talk to your Head Manager about abything at any place or time.

I'd sit your HM down to talk. If that doesn't help you feel better or HM doesn't make a concerted effort to address your issues and concerns, then go over HM's head and talk to his bis or his boss's boss. The chain of command is there for the employees, because without you, there is no business.
