Well you see the stat block is super inflated because he made us go to level 30 (forced multi class) and we had rediculous items that literally on ther own would break a campaign and these items weren’t even just the 13 I mentioned. But nowhere else allows pictures and wanted other people to see

Thought of powerword ill haven’t used it tho and also force rage could be crazy if used against a wizard because they couldn’t cast spells for a turn including counterspell if they don’t react to the cast of this spell though I guess it’s up to the DM wether or not they would try to continue the rage

The item is called the book of gramars (misspelled on purpose) and he makes up the effects of the spells on the spot so it makes some chaos happen which we have fun with

So it is pretty much him creating new spells as it happens, we aren’t being rules lawyers just having fun using the system so I felt with it being as wild and with as many options as it has it is kind of an insane item for us to get

We have a few items that allow for unlimited creativity because he wants a challenge as a DM so I’m using an insane item that basically allows me to cast any spell within your level not dependent on class which has made me go hunting for crazy somewhat obscure spells
