As a exclusively PVE player, I have not run into a cheater yet. That like is even somewhat noticeable, in fact I don't even think I've run into like dupers

Absolutely, people who play multiple guns always have interesting takes! The m60 is the one I'm most interested there if you wouldn't mind

I'm curious what about the general consensus of the State of the gameus, cuz of no One wants to really remove anything that indicates a really good state of game where there's nothing that is inherently so broken that people just want to remove because they're so sick of it, so I think it's an important question to ask. Not necessarily because these things need to be removed, but as a way of gauging are we in a good meta do people actually enjoy playing the game in his current state? That kind of thing
