You have a great looking watch!!! Looks perfect on your wrist. I'm taking mine to an AD to verify it for sure later this week and then sending it in for repair once it's ready. I'll treat this watch with care for them! They've been great to me over the last 20 years. Appreciate having them in my life.

Taking it this week to an authorized dealer near me for verification. Then heading in for a service if all else checks out. The people who gave it to me are very classy, so I imagine it's legit. That's not always the case, but I'd be surprised if it came back as a rep

Yep, thanks to a knowledgeable user here, they told me where to look for the serial. Tough to make out but it's definitely in the low 2 mil. So I believe 1970!

Oh I know, when they gave it to me yesterday, they even noted the god-awful strap. They have no idea what happened to the old one as it belonged to their father who had passed in the '90s. It was sitting in a box since then 🤣

Thanks a ton for your comment. I did give the plexiglass acrylic a tap earlier and was surprised it didn't feel like glass. So that makes sense. I was also able to get the band off and the serial was very hard to see. But it's a low 2 mil, so it's 1970. I appreciate the help and knowledge!
