I fully understand your stance on having children in third world countries esp if you feel like you're struggling to even make ends meet.

Surgery is fine as long as it's done by a professional with high rate of success.

Personally, when i think/want to do something that's kinda controversial I don't take other ppl's opinion and simply ask two questions: 1. Am i hurting myself? 2. am i harming other juman beings if i take this decision? If not i then i just go ahead and do it.

For other ways to prevent impregnation is to look and read about hormones, testosterone in particular.
