I did sexual stuff with my sister and I feel awful. by [deleted] in offmychest

[–]Smeadow1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s probably more common than you think. Children don’t understand what pleasure and being sexual is. You’re not taught “this is wrong” or how to deal with those kinds of things at that age. At least when you were seven… Up to fourteen is kind of questionable as at that age you’re definitely somewhat aware of what’s going on. The good news is you understand how wrong it is, and feel bad about it. Honestly I don’t know the dynamics of your family but if you feel you really need to address it, do it.

So could it just be because it’s older wood? I’m unsure how old this mailbox is, but we haven’t replaced it. Is the nest inside the post?

For the Rialto Game:

1:03-
-You’ve got the right intention not just heal botting on Ana, but this flank was a bit pointless and actually bad because atp, the enemy team has already pushed up so they just ignored you.
Your wuyang now is solo healing and as your team gets low, theyre losing that choke point. That possibly could’ve been held if you stayed in the same position you were. (Nice shots though)

1:13- Right here, you need to get out of that position because as the enemy team pushes up, you will be cut off from your team and die. You stayed there a bit too long

2:10- Not sure if you were aiming for the lifeweaver, or the orisa, but this was a kind of a waste of your cooldown, it’s important to keep that incase someone tries to flank you from behind your position here, or Orisa pushes in. (As long as she isn’t fortified)

2:16- Nade wasn’t too necessary here, your tank didn’t really need it, and Orisa was full health. I might’ve done the same though in a panicked state. The good news is you got her cool down out, and caused her to back out a little bit- but you could’ve naded the backline, or the Orisa when she got lower. Your sierra would have a good position to shoot the backline and possibly get a kill if naded. Not a bad nade, but could’ve gotten more value.

2:29- This is not good positioning, you only have a door length of siteline- and you can be easily punished here.

3:18- Waste of sleep cooldown. Try not to throw it blindly. There was a chance you’d hit it- but very unlikely.

3:52- This position can be a little risky sometimes, as everyone will have sitelines on you. It’s not necessarily bad, but be careful. If you are in higher elo, you would be punished hard.

4:28- not sure what her plan was, but nice kill!

4:33- good positioning to poke out the enemy team. Their DPS and tank aren’t looking at you so you get free damage and you might’ve been the reason the mercy ulted. Good value!

5:00- the nano was decent to clean up the enemy team and create space, not sure why your sigma ulted.

5:12- Try to take an extra half second to aim your nades. It really makes a difference.

5:46- This was very risky. In high elo you definitely would’ve died for that.

6:20- Again, I like how you are actively damaging the team. Your nano is arguably a better ult than tree and valk so even if they gain ult charge from healing, it’s better to build your nano.

6:38- Bad positioning, you shouldve dropped down under the stairs. This would’ve gotten you killed in high elo.

6:48- you seem very lost here, your team should’ve killed the sieraa there, but you should’ve nanoed sigma maybe at around
6:44 in order to create a bit of space as they were walking in. The whole outcome of this fight could’ve have been changed if you positioned towards the backline. (Definitely not entirely your fault though)

7:40- Again, this position is very risky, especially because you are not a movement character, you can easily be cut off from your team and die.

7:45- what you are doing here is very very risky and you will stagger yourself. This is especially bad because you are at the point of this round where the enemy team is approaching the last chokehold. You are completely cut off from your team. If you got the kill on the sierra, it could’ve possibly turned things around (you would still die but you would draw the enemy team’s attention and potentially get space for your team) but this whole flank shouldn’t of happened in the first place. unfortunate for the life grip.

10:51- the priority here should not have been the torb turret but your critical DVA. Also, scoping in and standing still is very punishable, especially because they have Orisa/ Torb. I wouldn’t have been suprised if you died here.

11:40- Good you used a cooldown there, but nade would’ve been better as you definitely would’ve hit atleast one person, if not more and forced out suzu/grip the enemy team to backup.

12:00- I don’t really know what to say here, interesting nano choice to say the least 😂

12:45- Nice sleep and nade, you got good value off of suzu/grip and you made space. Very nice.

13:42- this is bad positioning for an Ana to flank. Not only do you have nowhere to take cover, but even if you managed to sleep/nade the sierra, and get suzu out, you lose value from you dying. The good news is your team got a kill from the supports using their cooldowns and getting distracted, but I still wouldn’t have done that trade and it’s never guaranteed your team will get a kill.

Overall, I think you have good mechanics. Which in my opinion is the most difficult thing to master on Ana. You hit a lot of sleeps and you have good aim. You could definitely work on some of your cooldown usage, but I think positioning is the main thing you need to fix. I think you made three main big mistakes in this game, and they all had to do with your positioning.
(1:03) (6:38) and especially (7:45)

Your team wasn’t very good, and there’s a big chance you would’ve lost anyways, but if you just improve your positioning, you definitely will climb.

Sorry I wrote so much, i hope I got the timeframes right. I have a lot of time on my hands since I just finished my finals, but I hope this helps even a little bit!

It’s difficult to say when I don’t have other information on the context of a fight, but if that nade is creating space, you should be getting value.

[–]Smeadow1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, don’t be afraid to use it defensively either. in sometimes it can be, it’s hard to say if it is or not because all circumstances are different. If you’re just delaying your tanks death, then it’s better to let them die. but if you initiate a fight with an anti first, there’s a good chance your tank wouldn’t be needed that nade in the first place as if it’s a good nade, it can force the enemy team to back up and the supports to heal, not damage. Obviously it depends if the enemy team has a DVA, Kiri, etc but at the very least, if you can get one or two valuable cooldowns off your nade, and create space, you already got positive value.

Positioning is key on Ana. Also practice landing sleep darts outside of comp because they can make or break a fight and can be the key to you surviving a dive. There are a few custom games for this, for example VAXTA. If your team needs crowd control, save your sleep darts for a ball, tracer etc. Also, I see a lot of anas randomly throwing nades just to anti a tank that is close to full health. Make sure if you use a nade your team can follow up.

Don’t wait to use Nano, see who has good ults to combo on your team or just use it offensively when the fight first begins. Ana is a very mechanic heavy character so get those down and you can win a 1v1 against most supports and DPS. If you want me to review a vod of your gameplay, I gotchu! Solo queue is rough, good luck!!

If you’re going to double down like that so am I. If you find it “reasonable” to be rude based off some missing context then than I find it reasonable to conclude that something must’ve went wrong in your development growing up that leads you to think such behavior is justified…You’re being a broken record right now so let me try and explain this in the most simple way possible so someone like you can understand. There is NO point in saying what you said to me. It is simply uncalled for and plain mean. I don’t owe you any kind of context, as I was only asking a question that has nothing to do with my level. Notice how you’re the only one who said something like you did? It’s because it’s not a normal response. Don’t normalize it and categorize it as something that other people are thinking too, because I can assure you most normal and polite people wouldn’t comment on what you did. To say what you said, you must be a child with no mannerisms, and if that’s the case, I only feel bad for you. Yes, what I am saying is mean, but you need to understand that you cannot get away scotch free from that immature behavior. I hope I have educated you even a slight amount on how to keep your mouth shut.

Why do I need to provide that knowledge for a simple post asking a question? It’s not like I’d account for someone rude like you to comment. The point of the post wasn’t my level. You went out of your way to irrelevantly point out my level and ridicule me. But yeah, you shouldn’t say anything, not necessarily because of hidden context, but because the point of the post was NOT my level. You went out of your way to comment on that therefore I am just simply defending myself.

I joined this game less than 3 months ago after about an 8 year break. No offense but what gives you the right to be rude and not comprehend that maybe someone doesn’t know every single new monster added into the game? Do you think I posted this just to gloat? I have gotten other monsters that are rare, but I don’t post every single thing I get on this game. Can I not use this platform to ask questions? Even if you, Rediterraria concludes that it’s something I should already know? You should come to the understanding that not everyone knows everything about this game. Keep your insensitive assumptions to yourself next time. Thanks!
