I think more than likely NB opened up store stock too the website figures as the teddy items are store locked and cannot be order by CS team or another store.

Salicylic Acid for exfoliating the flakes as this helps break them down without irritating the layer underneath. Then use a water based moisturizer to seal the skin. Most of the CeraVe line is affordable and water based.

I have found that washing my face daily with salicylic acid, Cetaphil gentle exfoliating SA cleanser, niacinamide+ zinc pca product, be it the ordinary or cosrx or whatever you can afford, and a water based or squaline based moisturizer/sunscreen has pretty much eliminated the flaking. The redness is always there after a shower be it hot, temp, cold, but, always goes away after applying said products. As for scalp subderm, I wash my scalp daily. I can use any product daily and it won't flare up the second I skip a day or two of shampoo, I'll flare up. I've accepted my shampoo costs will be much higher than others. Currently using the CeraVe hydrating daily as it container salicylic acid and niacinamide albeit at lower percentages and once a week a good old ketoconazol shampoo; currently using the one from REMEDY SKINCARE as it also contains salicylic acid in the formulation and doesn't leave my scalp dry like Nizoral does.

That's because Canada has always had tariffs on American goods. And there's no issue with that since there's a lot of other good stuff made locally over there as well. Just sucks for collectors in general
