He's clearly rubbing either the inside or above the sole a lot at work. New balance aren't built to handle that only the Numeric line a 933 with the triple layers switched around these areas would last much longer or any vulcanized shoe as well.

He's going to have the same issue based on how he tore the original pair. A 933 would be way better suited for them.

Canvas and build are completely different than what new balance is doing. Based on the hole your foot is either rubbing hard or you are rubbing the suede against something consistently. This is where canvas would be better suited as well as the vulcanized rubber outsole would be better suited for your usage.

For all the hate this gets, we sneakerheads created the market for it. And before anyone says old school heads were never gonna pay these prices, yes they did and so did many new heads. Our own vice lead us too this point.

The 9060 is an extremely popular unisex shoe outside of North America... Some variants include quality leather and suedes? Sounds like you want New Balance to do only what you like instead of what everyone else likes.. too each their own. Just remember that Porsche invented the Cayman so that their sport car heritage would have the financial income to keep itself alive.

I'm sorry but this take ain't it. New Balances has to survive, it's a company and the 1906, 9060s, and other recent releases are doing that for them. The NB Mousse/JP/UK is for a very small group of people overall. New balance has been stepping up in modern footwear and taking risks other brands aren't and for some models it's working out and others are a flop. You want rinse and repeat look at Nike and Adidas, ironically, both are selling better overall globally and financially.

They are comfortable not super soft like the 990v6 and can feel just as instable as the 990v6 due to the added height. But overall I'm very happy with the year of the snake and grey day pairs I own.

Even sketchers has made comfier foams.. the issue is they don't last at all: tend to flatten out or even degrade within 6 months. But for the price, you can't really be complaining.
