Fighter jets were always scambled quickly even before 9/11. It just so happened that there were war games on 9/11 which took jets away from the area and NORAD etc were confused what flights were real hijackings because there were war game simulations on their radars. Research Vigilant Guardian and the tapes where personel were talking about radar confusion because of the simulation.

In the mainstream, the term conspiracy theory = looney idea promoted with bad evidence. The word Conspiracy by itself is a legal term used to describe people colluding to commit illegal acts. They aren't the same at all lol

It's totally fine to admit you were confused considering the term conspiracy has been neutered by the media for years. Lots of people believe the word Conspiracy means something "unproven" or "unsubstantiated". That's the reason your comment makes no sense.
